The name of the website refers to the mod for the game Diablo 2, Alchemic. It was established in 2007. It is a Mod that I took a long time to create and is very extensive. On its basis, another Mod was created later, called New Nightmare. It introduces a lot of new changes, but it is based on the Alchemic Mod, so the world in it is almost identical. New Nightmare has become an add-on to Mod Alchemic. There is now another expansion pack called Genesis. This is back to the beginning of Mod New Nightmare. All Events, Items and Drops were turned off and the building started all over again. Everything is more thought out to make the game even more interesting.
Let's go back to the page. Most of the topics on the Forum or website are based on Mods that are based on Alchemic Mod, hence the name that is to be associated so that no one forgets what it started with ;) Initially, I put only scraps of information on the Internet in the style of description and screenshots. The next step was to set up a free Forum at alchemic.4um.pl. It was like 2011. I wanted to have all the information about my Mods in one place, plus a place where people who played could express their opinions and help themselves. The forum has grown a bit over time, a section for Modmakers has been created and new Mods have arrived. You could also write about your own Hobbies in the appropriate section. Unfortunately, in January 2015 the Forum stopped working for unknown reasons. As it was a free Forum, it was not possible to make any copies of the data. It's gone. Finally, it motivated me to undertake the creation of my own website and also set up my own Forum. It's easy to make copies of the pages. The website was launched in January 2015 at alchemic.wc.lt. In early 2017, strange things started to happen with hosting and it stopped responding to me. Since there were also other projects in the plan, apart from Diablo 2 Modifications, I decided to enlarge the site and change the hosting. This time I opted for paid hosting to make the website work better. I hope that there will be no problems with it and that the site will last a long time. I invite everyone to visit and browse the entire site and play all available Mods.
